Tour Overview
The Illyrian wine was famous and was prepared and consumed by Pelasgian city-states in the Illyrian Peninsula from 3500 years ago, and not only. The best testimony of how wine was widely used in this region are the different episodes mentioned in the Iliad in the War of Troy, or Odissea. This tour will give you the possibility to explore the finest wines and local cuisines Albania (Illyria's descendants) has to offer. This winery and gastronomic adventure is especially designed for wine and food lovers, and not only. You will also enjoy the amazing views and sunsets over the seas, relaxing strolls through some of the most beautiful towns in Albania, stunning coastal locations, and exciting culinary adventures. There will be late night dinners and long leisurely lunches with some of the most delicious foods you have ever tasted, and of course Albanian Raki. You will stay in comfortable lodging with the extravagance focused on the environment, gardens, food, and hospitality.
